Just had a bad scope day! First off the bolt holding the scope (Opticron Mighty Midget) to tripod sheared, then the scope falls out of my pocket a few hours later, lands on a stone and knocks the prisms? out of line rendering it useless
Would it be cheaper to send it back to Opticron for repairs or for me to take it to a local shop? I'm hoping it shouldn't be too difficult to fix as none of the glass appears to be shattered.
thanks!
